At The Grounded Goddess we feel that crystals and meditation can compliment other therapies and support our overall well being. Crystal healing and meditation should be used with the understanding that it is part of a holistic treatment plan. Crystals and meditation should not be used as a replacement for medical treatment. The information contained herein is metaphysical in nature and does not claim to heal or cure, and should not be considered as a substitute for conventional medicine.
While it is widely believed that crystal and gemstones have one or more healing properties, either physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, this does not guarantee that you will experience or benefit from any such properties or products sold by The Grounded Goddess.

Returns and Refunds
Everything You Need to Know
Please note we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. We do not offer returns or refunds on open products due to hygiene & safety standards.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from The Grounded Goddess, you may make a return or exchange within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, under these circumstances:
* Return shipping is post-marked within 7 days of confirmed delivery date
* Items are in original condition
* Crystals are NOT broken or cracked
* All packaging materials are included
* Not an item that was on sale
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When you ship your item for a refund or exchange, you might want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged upon returning to us in the mail.
* Sale Items (unless damaged or defective upon delivery arrival)
* Items damaged due to your error
Refunds (if applicable):
All packages are insured for the amount paid. If your package arrives with a broken crystal, please e-mail us (email@example.com) immediately with photos of the broken pieces and photos of the shipping box and packaging. An insurance claims will be filed for you to receive a refund only if photos are e-mailed immediately.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (this depends on your credit card or banking institution)
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless damaged while in transit. Full priced items purchased with a promo code are not considered sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery arrival. If you need to exchange it for a similar/same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
